Brazing.

Brazing is a method which has been used in the bicycle industry since the very beginning. Abandoned in favor of TIG for large series, it has never lost its attractiveness to craftsmen and those with a passion for beautiful frames. Even though this technique requires few tools which makes it easy to access, the fact remains that it requires considerable experience and great care from welders and brazers. It is not an easy thing to create a beautiful brazed frame! Furthermore, the process is longer. When successfully used, it offers very rewarding aesthetics, with its polished beads, clearly differentiating it from TIG welded frames.
MILC continues in a traditional way by mastering a silver solder of high quality, mainly on 4130 steel (CrMo) and other high-end steel types.
